lidocaine and synthol

lets not waste time with comments about not using synthol

my question is should i put lidocaine in the bottle before i shoot in my calves or should i shoot the 5mg lidocaine sub-q in my calves first then the synthol?

Now, bro are you aware that ALL legit site oils contain Lidocaine?
What kind do you have?
I've never heard anyone using EXTRA Lidocaine with their Synthol, all major brands contain Lido and believe me the only thing that really helps with the overall pain is Ibuprofin

i am using in my calves and my calves are amazingly sore

Never even heard of Pump-em-Up....
The pain is from the fascia stretching (notice that it is a "different" type of pain than you get from injecting juice. It doen't really feel like "muscle soarness" its more like "conective tissue" pain, sh!tty explaination but I think you get the point). Lido only numbs the area for a short perid of time, maybe 2-3 hrs at the most. From there the only thing that will help is Advil or Tylenol. Advil being the best.
