Any more advice on s4 dosage guys? My thoughts are, if you get the vision sides but don't mind them then you should be fine?

Or are the vision sides a sign that you should step back the dosage?

if you cant handle the vision sides cut back.Some people its just minor visions problems that doesnt bother them to much and they go on with the same dosage.Again depends on the person and how bad the effects are for them.Like dylan said follow the outline he drew.
