LGD gaining and genetics

Have you ever got your results from your bloodwork test you mentioned in your last lgd log back in April? I'm mainly curious in the sides of this sarm and negative effects if it. Curious to see if it really is any safer than say hella or some other ph. You can gain alot from a hella type ph and if it has the same sides or less why not just go that route. I'm really just trying to out way the pros and the cons before I try any substance that's all. But than again everyones body reacts differently.

Yeah, i did my blood tests about 2 days into this cycle of LGD. Kind of whacky results, but everything checked out as far as free test, total t, and estradiol. DHEA was real high but that is probably just due to the fact that i was on LGD.

I can't say that there are any negative effects. I take an array of vitamins as well, coq10, NAC, zinc, vitamin e, blood pressure complex, and many others.

I am on my fourth week today, bumped up to 5mg a few days ago, and i can say that everyone around me is very impressed on what i have gained thus far. Maybe around 4 pounds of muscle so far. Just hit the scale and i am at a whopping 185. Up 15+ fucking pounds since the start of the cycle!

Well if you think about the length of a steroid cycle (normally 2,3,4 months + pct) and go by the time on + pct = time off rule, then yes, you should ony be doing 1-2 steroid cycles a year if you want to recover properly. Otherwise, you might as well just stay on. Just like anything else, running lgd cycles over and over means they will inevitably lose their effectiveness. Not to mention, there's a lot of unknowns with this drug still so I wouldn't be running multiple cycles with it just yet

true thanks for the words of advice! So i will just run LGD once more this year. Maybe october-december =) . The unkowns don't really bother my rats, as there were other research chemicals tested in extensive use a long while ago. And he is still breathing and healthy! :chomp:

The time period you mentioned is exactly right. 8 week cycle plus 4 week PCT = 12 weeks. Time on = Time off. 12 weeks off covers you there. Given that LGD is less suppressive than most true AAS keeping to that schedule should be fine.

The one thing to keep in mind is that running the same compound continuously can sometimes result in diminishing returns as the body gets used to that one compound. Switching it up keeps the body working differently (same as switching up your workouts and/or diet).

Cool. thanks ! I would hate to see diminishing returns, just hearing those words makes me cringe. I will make sure i have the appropriate amount of time off, and appropriate PCT. I will run OSTA in my PCT and maybe 2 more months after it at 15-25mg and no more, as with osta there are not many bad things for your body.
