Just curious what are your goals? Do you want to be huge and bulky or would you like to be huge and ripped? What was your body fat % 3 months ago?
I'm probably overestimating how much lean mass, (wishful thinking... self deception.. ) I've gained, but I'm up 15 lbs in 3 months, and yet have significantly dropped fat based on visual only., weight is probably water from CJC
Was at %22 (measured) not at about %17 (abs finally starting to show structure, lower ribs visible, arms and shoulders vascular.)
GF says I'm 'big enough' now so should start cutting seriously, I'm actually prepping for a fitness model gig with a friend that is in the fashion industry (LAF) so I'm under huge pressure (this is good)
Im 5'11' 49'' chest 17.5 arms. I 'want' to be bigger but there's no good reason to be except to fill out a suit. so 7-8% BF is what I REALLY need to do now.
So I think .I'll long cruise on S4 GW CJCDAC (and maybe Frag) after a sarms washout period.
Your thoughts?
