F freag34 New member May 26, 2003 #1 Done 5.5 weeks LFC EQ so far @400mg/wk. Up maybe 5lbs (eating tons protein 2g/lb, and lots carbs post-workout), but strength increase so far NOTHIN. Post your past LFC experiences - any good results? Kick in when and how much weight/strength did you gain along the way?
