I think the #1 contender is Chris Byrd. His 94% KO rate is a record fluffed with C level fighters. The only A level fighter He's ever fought is Chris Byrd and he lost by TKO. I think both the Klitchkos are known for eating a lot of jabs and that's what Lewis does best.

Fights have been stopped because of cuts all the time. Honestly I don't think the powers that be really care than much about Lennox Lewis being champ. Afterall most of the world can't stand him as champion. He isn't marketatable. Hell he doesn't even have a video game. Even Buster Douglas had Buster Douglas's Knock Out Boxing on Sega Genesis.
