I'm in need of a new split and want your guys and gals help in making it. Heres a list of the lifts I'd like to incorporate, feel free to add or remove as you see fit, into my split. You guys determine days and what not.

Deadlift
Clean
Push Press
Overhead Press
Barbell row
Weighted pullups
Barbell Curl
Reverse Curl
Heavy lockouts from various points
Skullcrushers
Closegrip bench press
Squats
Box Squats
Front squats
Lying leg curls
SLDLs
Pull throughs
Standing calves, DC method
 
Day 1:

Deadlift or Clean or Box Squats
Weighted Pullups
Barbell Rows
Barbell Curl
Reverse Curl

Day2:

Push Press or OverHead Press
Close Grip Bench Press or Heavy Lockouts
Scull Crushers


Day 3:

Squats or Front Squats
SLDL or Lying Leg Curls
Pullthroughs
Calves
