I did this with 3 hours of cardio 5 days per week at medium to high intensity. I ate fist sized portions at every meal (3 times a day). A protein supplement consumed throught the duration of my day. No eating after 8 pm.
I lost 25 lbs in no time and definitely took the bf% way down.
I am building it back up now. Today I weigh 230. You just have to find what works for you. Whole foods and heavy lifting do it for meNow we'll see if I can take it all the way to 275?
