That you have to load up like 400 pounds on the bar to do shrugs. If people actually did proper form and a realistic weight, their traps would grow.

And, loading up 15 plates a side on hip sled will make your legs big even though you only move it like 4 inches. Again, if people put a realistic weight on there and went all the way down their legs would grow.
