im still sleepy also and i have to get my butt to the gym :worried:
 
I took some melatonin, I wanted to crash early and catch up on some rest. I had two shos of espresso in the morning, follwoed by one ephedrine pill, followed by 3 travel mugs of coffee, no worky. I think another ephedrine is in order, shortly.

:bawling: i went to the gym and and did some cardio about passed out and then i came home and got sick :worried:

i just want to make my weight for contest and im afraid im not going to be able to

i would be soooooooooo embarrassed if i had to do the contest in a higher weight class
bad thing is its in two days and im still up in weight by 4lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think im gonna cry

yeah, I know. But now they test us for that shit. The NERVE of the public health department .... want to ensure that the medics in town can't play with powder. I swear, some people are 2uptight.

Yep. Well, mostly pain meds and sedatives ... but we keep close count on it all. But there's some Damn good shit on my truck ....

yep. It's good to call the ambulance for a broken bone on my shift. I make sure the pain goes away ... all the way away.Well, unless someone's being a jerk .... then I think maybe they don't need it.

10mg Morphine Sulfate 4 u. I will use THE FORCE. Just close your eyes and concentrate .... or break a bone, call 911 and a more local medic can hook u up. Or say u are having chest pain. U will get morphine faster by saying that.
 
u dont get morphine for complaining about chest pains.. unless u have recent history of heart problems

If they give u Oxygen, nitro and asa and u say the pain is still there .... YES THEY DO!!!! It's the nationally set protocol ... but thanx for playing. Besides, how do u get heart hx without it happening for the 1st time? There's always the 1st time. That's not how we treat.
