i eat enough calories though here is a sample of my diet im very consistent basicly this is what i eat mon-thursday
5 am pop 1 adipo
530 ish 1 full hour of cardio
730 9 egg whites tablespoon of flax
900 2 xenadrine
945 2 slices whole wheat bread half puond chiken salad
1200 9 inch flour tortilla with fresh chopped steak tomatoes and onions
130 2 xenadrie
430 1 adip
515 cardio 1 hour no moe no less
700 baked rottisery chicken
with 1 gallon plus a day my muscles still feal rock hard i dunno im just getting lucky sparing muscle mass
what is a surefire way to tell if musclemass is in jeoperdy???
