Stats first:30 years young.6 foot and 220 lbs.bf of about 13%.
My diet is getting pretty good.getting about 210 grammes of protien a day.carbs are about 60% of diet.
So here is what's goin on,my last cycles I kept a secret from my wife so gains were never too drastic.
This time she knows about it cause I educated her with help from this site and it's members.
So was wondering what kind of cycle should I go for.big gains are not a problem cause she knows about it.
My last cycle:1-4 dbol 30mg ed
1-10 Sust 250 @ 500 mg week
Gains were good but want to go all out this time.
Looking forward to the advice.
 
Cycle above looks fine. What pct have you got planned? What ancillaries are you using?

Your diet will determine how much size and weight you'll gain. I'd deffo up the protein and overall cals. Put your diet plan up

Was goin to run hcgen throughout and then post cycle unleashed combo and prob some forma
 
Increase dbol to 50 mg day and run it 6 weeks. I also love deca as well for a classic bulk. Id run test at 500 mg week for 12 weeks, and deca at 300 mg week for 10. Like this.

1-12 sus 500 mg week
1-10 deca 300 mg week
1-4 ( I like 6) 50 mg day
Adex and caber if needed.
11-14 Hcg or hcgenerate
14-18 pct (use the one that works for you).
18-22 bridge or sarms or both.( optional)
Through out multis, liver support, creatine, fish oil, coq 10, and any other vitamins you feel necessary.
