Bf around 14% in a bulk phase!
Making this short and sweet cuz I know you lazy asses don't like to read. Currently in a bulking phase since around mid September, making great gains. Actually probably the greatest I've ever had. Numbers
phave been goings up in the gym dramatically. Bench from 225 to now 275, dead lift to about 400 etc. just curious to about how much more longer I should keep this bulk? I usually do them for about 4 months or so. But this one is is a good one, maybe go a few more? Thanks
 
It's up to you.. if you feel like youre too fat or you've reached your goal then stop. If youre liking it as much as it seems you are, keep going. You'll know when it's time for you to stop.

Keep going until you hit a wall, then cut the fat. Repeat
