any help would be appreciated> Ive been ready posts for a while and now I finally got on here to ask for my first help.
I'am 6' about 205 and a college athlete and I have been around the ropes for sometime. But i think its time for me to take it to the next level of training I think i have pretty good supply for my mexican creatine supplementation. When i deciede to do something i dont want to do it half assed So i need some help from all the pros out there. What kinda of run should i make to get to about 230 still keeping pretty hard and my speed up and i know guys this isnt some overnight thing so any help.
 
ya thanks guys been using that for a while now it not the most personal thing ya know. but thanks anyways thats why i never wasted my time posting anything on a board like this.

Cant find anything? You gotta be kidding me. Do the searches. Everything from skinny guys wanting to get big cycles.... big guys wanting to lose wieght...but gain some LBM cycles. THey are there. Dont get upset and run away...just do some looking.

:confused: If you've used it you should be able to develop a cycle yourself and then start asking questions.....with an attitude like that no one's going to help....
 
sorry man theres know attitude I admire the knowledge and experience posted on this board. Ya i did find alot of good info fromthat search been using for sometime know never iven bothereed posting till now but I was looking maybe to find someone that is a hockey player or has played before and used I have a lot of buddys from the gym that can help me with pretty much everything i need hell I stayed with ed connors for awhile and work out in venice just i need to keep my speed stay hard and and not get sluggish at all
