Letrozole + Tamoxifen?

I have had gyno since puberty, and for a long time now have been researching on ways to treat it. I have ordered letro and nolvadex from a research site, and waiting for their delivery. My only problem now is finding a right cycle. I was thinking of taking letro first maxing the dosage at 2.5mg ed and then decrease it while taking nolvadex. But I have read many threads here mention that the use of Nolvadex and Letro at the same time will strengthen results. Is this true? This stuff isn't exactly cheap, and I would hate wasting what I have. I would appreciate if somebody could give me a hand, of what doses I should take.

Thanks,
RIck

Ive heard jsut the opposite,,,NOT to take LETRO and NOLVA together. With LETRO you can get by with EOD dosing....1.25mg EOD works well

There is not much point in running Nolvadex (a SERM) with Letro (an AI) as letro will inhibit up to 98% of the estrogen in the body. To reverse gyno the best practice is to start Day 1 at .25mg building up to Day 5 at 2.5mg & remain at that dose until gyno symptoms subside, however in your case I like Alin's advise to run about 1.25mg ED & see how things develop. Letro is a very powerful drug & should be used sparingly. It can lower the bodies immune system & cause other sides so it should not be used long term IMO. You may require surgery to sort it ourt in the end. Taper the dose down when you come off & then use Nolva & Clomid for PCT if required.
