1 mg eod or .5 mg ed will be enough to keep the sides and water down.

1.25 mg EOD is good starting point.

Arimidex and Letro help with estrogen but not prolactin gyno which is caused by the excess prolactin from taking Deca. But with that dose of deca you should be fine. You should use dosinex while on deca.
