I have had a little luck taking it at night before bed. I hope this isn't a bad idea. After about 3 days of taking 5 mg in the morning and 5 mg in the afternoon, I felt like shit all the time. I waited about 4 or 5 days and continued my cycle. I started taking just 5 mg at night for the first 3 days. Now I'm on my 2nd day of taking 10 mg at night and it seems to be better. If you try this method make sure to give your wife a little prior to taking it so she doesn't try to wake you up. Notice how I put that on the wife (pretty cleaver, huh!). I did drink a couple of beers tonight, but I also took some milk thistle. Hopefully, I'll be ok.
