Let me explain the mentors and there role on the forums.

It seems in resent times some people have got confused about the mentor staff. Well as always I strive to make things Cristal clear on the forums I run.

I will make it nice and simple. So simple even a child can understand it. YOU WILL TREAT MENTORS EXACTLY LIKE YOU TREAT MODS OR ANY OTHER MEMBER OF THE STAFF. NO difference at all. They are staff and you will treat them as such. They help run the forums. They are a extension of the mods.

Now this dose not mean the mentors can walk all over you and act like jerks. They should treat you the same way I treat you. With respect. If you have a problem with a mentor you can send a pm to any mod or admin and it will be handled.

You can ask the mentor staff. I do not play favorites with them. If I find they are not acting the part they will be dealt with and my punishments are swift and unforgiving at best when I find some one messing with the well being of this site.

You will not take it into your own hands and attack mentors. You will not give red k to mentors that have given you warnings. If you would not do it to me then do not think about doing it to them. This goes for all the members of the staff I have been entrusted with.

Everyone on this site knows I stand on the side of truth. I play no favs,And I care about each and every member. I never do you guys wrong. The same can be said for all the mods in these forums. We have put together the most caring team in ef history. Hand picked because they have shown time and time again they are out for members best interest.

The aas forums and training forums run smooth as butter. And this is the way they will be kept.

I think of mentors on the steroid forum as people that talk sense into newbies , give advice and correct misinfo

mentors and mods in the chat forum is a dif story its pretty much no holds barred and often times mentors and mods let personal opinions get in the way of their mentor/mod position . But thats c&c hard to tell when a mentor and mod in the chat room is acting as a mod/mentor of are they posting as themselves just a member of elite. Some times personal feelings getting the way its seems over in the c&c room and the mod ,mentor uses their power to try and intimadate members.
So my only opinion is a mod/mentor is a mod mentor 24/7 and should awaya act that way in every discussion forum and if they want to post personl opinions and responses in the c&c room they should do it under the screen name but the title should not say mentor/mod just as a
member.

Super duper hater on the C&C. People do learn on there, just not AAS related. Alot of ridiculous pick3 threads and appreciation threads mostly, but I've learned plenty on there too.

Almost always the people who have a name in front of them have earned it, which is why I may talk to them differently. you can't bomb a mod, elite mod, exec elite mod, admin...the system wont let you....not sure about COTB member, but I dnt think you can bomb them either

If you bomb a mentor, there is a good chance the aas mods will bomb you back to the ise age, because a mentor is a member of staff and they're helping the mods do the job....oh, and their bombs will be diffused shortly and you'll probably be blacked out for a few weeks....

You're right about COTB's being un-bombable. And, COTB bombs can't be diffused even by elite mods, so what if a COTB bombs a mentor? Then what?

i think everyone earns and loses respect........but because this site relies on a bunch of volunteer people to help it run right and avoid a number of pitfalls, they should be given a bit more slack. and please recognize we are all different and sometimes when you see a bro f'ing with a mod/mentor assume they have an existing relationship--it is not malicious.

If you have a problem with any mod/mentor--do the hardest thing possible---PM them and talk it out. I promise I will never suspend or ban someone for calling me out (legit) in a PM. do it on a thread and you just drew a target on your forehead.

if a mod/mentors conduct is improper, bring it up with an elite mod/exec mod/or admin---it will be dealt with if legit.
