I just got back from the gym too..

good workout, did squats, deads, chest presses, miltiary presses....

gonna be cruising and bruising soon

need to go eat some protein, gonna fire up some eggs.. add avocado and tobasco sauce... oh yeahh.
 
i gotta get ready for work soon. but if i find some batteries for my camera when i go home, maybe I can work something out. we will see.

My bulk snacks rule
12 liquid egg whites + 24 oz milk + peanut on toast


bulking is so easy, i dont see how ppl cant gain wieght.

o wait they are wimps they dont squat, dead or heavy presses and eat like a bird

you do quads, glutes, chest, and shoulders in one day.

yeah, I have been using HST training principles for a while now and see good progress.

I do a full body workout 3 days per week. Volume isn't too high on each day.

I ended up doing 6 sets of bech per week.. 6 of squats.. 6 of deads... etc.
