I'm using this thread for thread requests as my ability for posting new threads has been disarmed.

Well, today I will post 100+ times to continually pwn those two little bitches hammy and sorearms who say that 4000 posts in 5 weeks is IMPOSSIBLE no matter what level of whoring you do. I could easily top 6000 posts in 5 weeks. I just love making them my little bitches.
Other then that I got work, gonna go home for lunch and meet my GF. After work I have a killer workout in store. I am doing an HST training routine so I do my entire body. I am sore as fuck though because Tuesday was my first day back after 10 days off (Strategic deconditioning). I can barely walk.. I always go hard and heavy on deadlifts and squats first thing but I don't even know how I will manage it today.
After that I am heading up to my buddy's new house, he's got a place a block from the beach, big house too, so that will be fun.
Last night I played softball, we won 27 to 7. The other team had TWO people go down with injuries, one pulled calf muscle and one pulled hamstring. It was painful just watching them trying to walk it off afterwards. Ouch.
What's up with you my main nigga.. you really should come visit your wife's friends down this way man.

What rep range are you on with the HST? After a 10 day break I don't think you should be going all out. Not if you're following procedure.
