hey everyone. I have done a cycle once before. about three years ago. researched for a while and thought i new what was up. turns out i was still pretty in the dark about some stuff. it was my first cycle stacked 500 ml sustanon 250 Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and anywhere from 20 to 30mg of Dianabol - methandrostenolone - a day. gained about 30 pounds went from 170 to about 200 i looked really good. problem was i did that same cycle for about 12 weeks. no obvious side effects except water retention. and had no post cycle. it all turned to fat even though i was workin out like crazy because did not do a post cycle. i was trying not to loose wait so was stuffing my face with food. ended up having to loose a ton of fat and my body finally hit a normal state around 5 pounds above what i had gained. its been 3 years since then i now sit anywhere from 180 to 185. i am 25 years old. i am planning another cycle but this time planning on toning things down quite a bit. maybe this is dumb of me but thinking of still doing a stack as i had no bad side effects. and actually saw most of my gains within the first 6 or 7 weeks. i am absolutely going to do a post cycle of HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - and nolvadex. no real questions here guess just want to stress the importance of a post cycle as someone who basically ruined a year of working out because my balls were all tweeked up. ps they seem back to normal now. :)

I pulled the same shit 13 years ago when i was 16, my first cycle, i had no idea about anything AS realted i just injected 8 pre loaded hypo's over 10 weeks.I made gains but the end results were a disater.
