less than 1500kcal a day...

I know your cutting....but damn. Seems pretty hardcore. You in a huge rush or have some deadline you have to meet?

I feel hungry just reading this. :fro:
 
tomorrow i am dropping to 1000-1100kcal. i will be there for 4 days. then the day after that, i will add a cheat meal (FINALLY!!!!) consisting of a strong mississippi mud and a steak nacho plate from chanos in celebration of the completion of the last final of the semester. the day after that i will be flying back home, hitting the beaches, and showing off my abs. word. :)

yikes 1500 calories. if i get less than 3000 cals i get very angry. in fact anyone ever notice how eating something improves your mood. thats how i avoid killing people, some people count backwords from ten, i on the other hand head to the buffet.

i feel like i am starving. i am training hardcore everyday at this point, too. i am losing muscle at this point, but the fat is going also. i won't lose too much more muscle, because once winter break starts, i will bring my calories up to a more acceptable level.

Unless you are on high doses of anabolics...why on earth are you trying to diet on 1500 kcals a day????!!!!!

Food is just wayyyy too fun and important.

'cause for some reason i decided i was going to have abs for the first time ever by winter break for when i go back home (and that was barely more than a month's time to diet). that way i can show myself i can do it as well as impress people. ...and then there are the gorgeous ladies frolicking in the surf that need some lovin'. :D
 
1500 per day? That's nuts. I hate to break it to you Jesus, but you won't get abs that way. All that'll happen is your metabolisim will slow to a crawl and you'll feel like shit.

It might be possible if you were loaded up with drugs (AAS, T3, etc), but as a natty you're just gonna make yourself sick.
 
taps, the restricted calories is relatively short term. i've been gradually reducing my calories every few days, so that over the last 12 days of my diet i will have gone from 1500kcal to 1000kcal. before that i was came from around 2000kcal. because of that i don't feel that my metabolism will take that hard of a hit and the 6 ripped fuel caps a day seem to keep me going pretty well. as soon as winter break starts, i'm going to bump my caloric intake to maintenance levels for a few days to help kick my metabolism up to speed. if i do a good job reintroducing my carbs back into my diet, i should be able to still get leaner with my calories at maintenance levels since i will be much more physically active over winter break than i am now. depending on how it goes with my calories at maintenance levels, i may drop them again, but to a much much more conservative level, to see even more fat loss. this is all still up in the air though, as this is my first time seriously dieting. we all learn with experience. :)

Where are you getting most of your cal's from? I'm sure protein but what kind?

Your cheat meal sounds delish! Enjoy. :rainbow:
