Lengthen it for more keepable gains

Diabolical

New member
I am gonna run a test only cycle(I dont want to get too much bigger)
Instead of running 750 for 12 weeks, would it be easier to keep the gains if I ran 750 for 16 weeks.
It seems like your body would get more used to the muscle that way.
Thanks in advance.

I dont think that the body gets used to having muscle there. So in that way it wont help you keep more muscle.

You will however get bigger if you lengthen your cycle so in that respect if you do a post cycle recovery cycle good and correct you should have more muscle there to keep than if you just ran it for 12 weeks.

You got it backwards bro. It's the "time off" that counts when letting the body maintain muscle. It doesn't have to "get used" to anything as long as you're on.

there is no definitive answer to what is the optimum cycle length. opinions range from 2 to 20 weeks.
my opinion is that low-dose longer cycles are better than high-dose shorter cycles and that a cycle should last at least 16 weeks. but thats just that, a non-scientific, unproven personal opinion. its just that i did 2 shorter cycles (10 weeks) and one 20 week cycle and i felt better during and after my last long cycle.
and i read it in a book written by a german IFBB pro who advocates 22 week cycles; but thats just his opinion too and not backed by any scientific facts.

but if you say you don't want to get too much bigger then you won't have the problem anyway. although test would be a good mass builder on its own.

Thanks bros, I figured there was no scientific evidence.
I just wanted some opinions by some of you bros on it.
I think I will run it 16 and see how I like it compared to 12.
I guess that is the only real way to figure out how my body will respond to it.
