Let's hear some results, too!
Post the results for your super long cycles - I personally believe that if you front load, eat right and train with proper frequency and intensity that it is BETTER to go 2 on, 4 off for a whole year than to do a few super long cycles per year (I.E. 16 weeks 2X per year).
Why?
HTPA shutdown is completely bypassed using the 2 on, 4 off strategy, for one. You reduce the amount and severity of side-effects, for two. And finally, the most muscle mass and strength (provided you frontload!!!) is generally gained in the first two weeks.
With 2 on, 4 off, you can gain an easy 8-10 lbs. of completely solid weight every six weeks - and what's more, since your HTPA is never shut down HARD, you won't lose that mass half as easy (if you're smart, you'll probably keep most all of it).
That's 30-80 lbs. of keepable LBM in a year, and you're "on" only 1/3 of the time. And plus, it is MUCH easier to avoid gaining fat with this strategy. Not to mention the fact that your nuts will be fine in comparison to what will happen to them after a 16 week cycle (yikes!)
What do you bro's think?
