why are you only planning on running that cycle for 5 weeks? if i were you, i'd do it like this:

weeks 1-10 400 mgs cyp
weeks 1-10 300 mgs deca
weeks 6-10 50-100mgs eod winny

if you want, you could frontload and double those dosages the first two weeks and then go back to your baseline starting week 3. make sure you have anti-e's cause that cycle is begging for gyno.

How much nov should I take and when should I kick it in, 3rd week??? How much clomid and for how long and when?

you can save the win for the beginning or the end. nolva you can take throughout the cycle at 10mgs a day. at the dosages i recommended, you probably won't need it however. for clomid therapy, wait 3 weeks after your last shot of deca and dose like this:

day 1: 300 mgs
days 2-11: 100mgs
days 12-21: 50 mgs

Only use nolvadex if you see signs of gyno. Start clomid 3 weeks after your last deca injection.
Day 1 300mg
Day 2-7 100mg
Day 8-14 50mg
Day 15-21 50mg/eod
