Hello all,

I am 46, m, 6'3" 220 and sitting at about 9% bf. I am currently on HGH at 4ui edx5(6weeks in and enough to run a year), I started out at about 20% bf, ran the velocity diet for 30 days and diet is super cleaned up now. I am looking to add some good quality lean mass (been 20 years since my last cycle lol) I am looking at prop/primo/and possibly var I am adding in a light dose of t3 now as bloodwork has my levels abit low. At this age i am not interested in adding tons of mass then cutting, i would just like to add good quality lean mass over time...any advise on dosage or changing compounds for goals appreciated...thanks

Well the prop/primo idea will do that if the training and diet's in check. In your case i think:

1-12 test p 350 mg ew
1-12 primo 500 mg ew

More than this would be overdoing it if it's your first in so many years. You can easily substitute the prop with test e if you would like a less strenous pinning regimen than the prop will have you doing.

lol, should have been a bit clearer. Been on hgh for 6 weeks, back in gym and diet cleaned up for nearer 8 mos. LOL apologies.

If your thyroid levels are a bit low, I'd look into t4 instead, IMHO it's a much better long term solution - you'd be surprised how wonderful you can feel when you can maintain your thyroid levels in the upper norms. If you are low enough, a good endo will get your on replacement therapy.

Thanks for the info, been researching the t4/t3 tonight and seems since i'm not cutting and simply need to replace t4 would be a better choice...from my reading if i understand correctly it would be harder to overdose t4 as well since it has to be converted?

if you're running HGH, it's going to supress your natural thyroid production anyways. so t3 or t4 is a must especially if it's already low.

t4 is the better bet but usually the rule of thumb is 4 mcg of t4 is equal to 1 mcg of t3. So yes you can "overdose" or basically get a hyperthyroidism situation, but since your body still has to convert it, it seems to be the safer choice long term.
