ok well at the present time the only gym i can go to is the one in my highscool. it has everything except a squat rack, it was taken out because some dumb-ass kids tried going heavy without a spotter and got hurt. so im stuck with the leg press ,smith machine, and the leg ext/curl machine. so basically im wondering if some one could give me a mass building routine that incorporates those machines.

you have dbells? do dbell squats.

you have a straight bar? do front squats.

there are tons of programs in the archives of leg programs, that can have squats omitted.
 
ok well...the dumbells only go up to 65 lol any type of free weight squatis banned because of the dangerous nature ...wich doesnt make any sense because u can get hurt just as easily on things like the bench press.
