W wesley90 New member Apr 29, 2005 #1 Well all I can train are my legs and abs for about 4 more weeks as I had shoulder surgery about 3 weeks ago, so I was wondering what you guys would reccomend as far as exercises and a set/rep scheme. Goals include larger legs and speed. Thanks.

D d3track New member Apr 29, 2005 #2 if you can squat, do it and any core work will benifit you when you can go full body agian
