Legs go numb when I look down...

I had a pretty decent back work out the other day but in the middle of my front lat pulldowns I pinched somthing in between my shoulder blades and neck. The next morning my back pain was increased and I noticed that if I looked down...both my legs would start to immediately tingle and go numb. I went to the chiropractor the next day and he said my back was pretty torched but tweaked me back into place. I still notice the tingling sensation in both legs when I look down but not as bad. Hopefully this will subside all together but I am wondering if anyone else has gone through somthing like this.

no but when i wake up in the morning, ever since i was a kid, i'd find it veryvery hard to look down and sit at the same time.

i tingle all over when i look down too, but for different reasons than yours
