legality of ordering un-capped DNP

I've been searching for the legalities of ordering un-capped DNP (powdered form). A search has produced results varying from perfectly legal to illegal without proof of being a chemical compnay.

So what's the final word on this?

you will likely find that the truth to its legality will be twisted by those looking to prosecute you. Just as in the case with those selling GHB precoursers and ended up getting charged.

zyg nailed it, the law is so vague in some areas they can almost do what they damn well please and if they interpret it wrong so be it, you just have to fork up a few thousand in lawyer fees to prove it

I aggree 100%. Not worth the risk. Plus uncaped DNP is freken messy as hell. Stains everything in sight. Plus you need a well vented area to work with. If your hung up on using DNP, just find a source and buy it. IMOP the DNP is not worth taking at all. The returns vs. the risk's are not worth it.

Thanks all. I cant find DNP capped and even if I could I still have a few reservations about using it, 4 more weeks of cutting here I come.

Trying to cap your own DNP in your own place is a bad idea. Even if you ignore the illegality of it, it's a bad idea. As Miracle Man said, it will stain everything it touches. The stains don't come out with normal cleaners either. I think animal sells a dnp cleaner on his site, but I still wouldn't bother with capping it myself. DNP is also explosive, so that could be a risk too.

There are plenty of risks in just using it, I wouldn't go through any extra risks on top of those.

its not that bad...

preparation of the workspace is all thats needed..

as far as legality.. no real risk.. unless you are selling and then there is a definite risk as its on the "hit list"--- as in hit the headlines..

IMHO selling DNP is NOT worth the risk to return ratio... just ask the guru..

self capping is relatively easy and at least you KNOW what you are getting..

he "allegedly" sold DNP (crystal.. ie sodium bound) to eric perrin in NEW york, who during that time... died... he was taking a host of other drugs as well, including MDMA and others...

he was also taking around 1200mg of crystal DNP a day.

which is about twice the absolute maximum reccomended dosage..

Ok, so I would trust macro's word if he has done it. I've only heard bad things about trying to cap it from people who've done it. Of course if you're very organized about it you won't have problems, but just do it on something you don't mind staining.
