legality of HGH vs. IGF and other variants

Right now I'm in the market for doing an IGF and/or HGH cycle. Here are my questions.

1) I know full well that having HGH without a prescription is illegal..but what are the consequences with respect to getting caught with AAS? Rick Collins book did a great job of detailing state to state what the penalties are for AAS....but didn't seem to be so forthcoming with HGH, maybe I missed that part. Is there a difference between getting caught with one kit vs. two or three?

2) What is the legality of IGF and these other variants we're nowing seeing like MGF and HGHfragment? Since this stuff is probably going to be coming in dry ice if order it, I'm going to have to sign for these packages....so I want to know full well what's coming if I get "the knock".

by the way, Rick Collins book is amazing!! Holy Shit!! Is it just me....or did anyone else go into convulsive giggling when they read the part of the "postman" trying to toss the package into the house when the guy refused it? God I would have killed to see that!! If that ever happens to me I'm getting my money's worth and kicking the postman square in the noots! Hey, I thought he was just some crazy postman trying to throw a mailbomb into my house.....right??....

i think IGF-1 is legal to possess, as long as its for "research" purposes.....but its not approved for human use i dont think...and def need a script for hGH

ok...so let's say your package of IGF is seized? Can they come to your house and require proof of research? Or do they just confiscate it and forget it?
