If a bro(person B lets call him) were to get popped accepting a pack to remail for you(person A), and he had emails saying things that would indicate person A did really purchase the items, what legally can happen to person A? Should he have much to worry about if all is clean around him?

First of all... your story sounds like a 3rd grade merry-go-round.

So... B was remailing a package for Person A... B had alot of E-mails from Person A statting that He (Person A) purchased the items?

So... in this scenario... B is a remailer and A is the source? Or is A a person who purchased the goods... sent them to B to mail out??? I need more facts.

But if A is a source, and B is a remailer for the source... yeah.. I'd be worried if I were A right about now...
