Legal prescriptions?

Quick question? I have found a number of out-of-country pharmacies that are now offering legal "prescriptions" in order to send through product for personal use here in the US.

Sorry about the source ... my question is bascially, if I have a prescription from a US doctor, am I free and clear, or should I still be concerned? I know product is always available illegally, but I would much rather be above the board! If there were questions with receiving a shipment, wouldn't the burden be on the doctor, not on me?

I think the USA Rx will cover you but I'm not sure. I know prescription drug costs made senior citizens lobby congress to be able to get their drugs from overseas with less hassles. But the seniors have a Rx. Rick's book probably will tell you but I haven't read it in its entirety yet.

I read that California is now cracking down on "out of state" prescriptions in particular. Anyone had experience related to out of state prescriptions for AS in California?

cowboy99992000, click the link to the TOS in my signature. Simply put we dont want to post any links regarding anything that can be construed as "illegal".

Here is what you stated......

You don't have the answers. Quit telling people to go buy Rick's book. Is that what the BB'ing and the Law forum is for -- just to hawk someone's book? Ask a question and the answer is always "Buy Rick's book."

I knew from reading Ricks book that in some States GH was considered scheduled, but didnt remember the exact states and the poster in the other thread didnt even specify what state he was in. I suggested he get Ricks book and the above was your reply.

and here is the thread in question.

Well the difference is that you are a mod on EF and EF no doubt has a financial stake in the sale of Rick's book. If you are here to help members -- especially Platinum -- it seems a conflict of interest to tell a member to buy a book that will make money for your site. Whether it's a good book or not, you should not be the one to tell your members to buy it -- if it is so good then other disinterested people will talk it up.

If, on the other hand, I recommend it, it is a lot more trustworthy because I do not have any personal interest in seeing someone buy the book. It puts no money in my pocket or the pocket of anyone affiliated with me.

And I have since seen the book and now know that it isn't some made-for-money EF endeavour but rather an extensive, exhaustive, and scholarly work. I surmise that Rick Collins didn't contact EF but vice-versa.

And I will post a link to where I said there was nothing wrong with trying to sell a book on here as long as it is a good product.

You can trust what I said. Each state has its own criminal laws and you are not guilty of anything in New Jersey when you commit a crime elsewhere. As far as your questions not being answered, either these guys did not see them or they are too busy to answer. I intend to answer your question re Indian land tomorrow as promised. Keep in mind I am not a mod and am not as compelled to answer every question. If I was a mod I would take more time with this stuff. But Rick Collins practices criminal law and I would guess that, in addition to trying to sell a book, he is also looking to get clients from the boards. So, he might be reluctant to give FREE legal advice. Maybe I am wrong. I do not know the function of the mods in this forum. I know that Rick Collins should be able to answer these questions "like that." But then who will buy his book? In case you guys did not notice, this board is a for-profit enterprise and I would not be surprised if the mods, in addition to the owner, have deals with Author L. Rea, Rick Collins, Nizoralman, Paperman, etc. I am not saying that is bad. Nothing in life is free. So long as it is a quality product, that's the American dream. Getting back to the question, it is elementary law that you are subject to the laws of the state in which you commit a crime. If you live in NJ and commit a crime in VT, you are now a prisoner of VT. They don't care where you reside

I knew you'd be a convert once you sat down and read LEGAL MUSCLE, BBkingpin! Thanks for the kind words. You too, Zyg, MOST appreciated, bro!

The problem you may have is that the order may still get seized by customs since a copy of your script will most likely not be included in the package. You would then have to respond to the seizure letter with a copy of your script. IMO, this would be too much of a pain in the ass, and if you have a legal script I think you would be better off paying the small ammount more money and get your goods a lot quicker.

How did you know, Zyglamail, that I have been avoiding Rick's book at all costs just to spite you??? I said to myself, BBkingpin, you are not going to buy Rick's book and that jerk, Zyglamail, can wait until hell freezes over.

What's the next book that you are looking forward to? "Legal DNP"? :FRlol:

I was thinking something more along the lines of "America, home of the free......" But that book will never come since we dont have the freedom to chose what we do with our own bodies.:p

But, in all seriousness, Rick is working on another book which I expect will be every bit as good as his first.
