How would the DEA even know whether a face-to-face visit even occurred (i.e. the millions and millions of "call-in" prescriptions issued by family docs every year)? Also, once a prescription is issued, as long as it's followed i'm not even sure it's in the DEA's juristiction -- wouldn't it be an FDA issue?genarr3 said:Outside a face to face visit with a doctor in the eyes of the DEA the the prescription is not valiid.
