Legal perscriptions

genarr3 said:
Outside a face to face visit with a doctor in the eyes of the DEA the the prescription is not valiid.
How would the DEA even know whether a face-to-face visit even occurred (i.e. the millions and millions of "call-in" prescriptions issued by family docs every year)? Also, once a prescription is issued, as long as it's followed i'm not even sure it's in the DEA's juristiction -- wouldn't it be an FDA issue?

Thanks,

Visit the Legal forum if you don't believe me.

I've gotten prescriptions online for painkillers and such in the past not for any gear or hormone therapy though. If you search long enough and hard enough you can always find ways. I had a script written out to me last year and from then forward they just mailed me the vicodins monthly and charged my credit card.

BS

That don't make it legal. Lots of docs have lost thier licenses doing just that. It's a new thing, the gov hasn't really caught up to it yet. There were lenghty posts on the Legal forum about this very subject, but I can't find them at the moment.

Enjoy it while it lasts.

Complete bull.
No legit medical practioner will have any need to prescribe Anadrol or Dbol.

And I haven't even made it past the first page.

True words of wisdom. Nothing lasts forever, especially good things like legal loopholes, eventually too many people become overzealous and get busted, therefore ruining it for everybody else. This is a particular problem in the U.S. Too many people learn about a secret, and before you know it the government cracks down on it, it makes me fucking sick. Sometimes I really hate people, especially ones that can't use their grey matter. If you look at history, all good things must come to an end, especially when they break or 'bend' the laws. For instance, at the beginning of 2005 a new system is going to go into effect in pharmacys nationwide. It will make it so that every pharmacy is inter-connected so that any pharmacy you go to, even if it isn't the same chain(walgreens, longs, etc.) they will have your entire history of prescriptions you've had filled. This will put a stop to doctor hopping, especially for people that go to multiple doctors to obtain controlled substances. I think that this is an invasion of privacy in a way, if you want to be a drug addict, that is your business. I don't use drugs myself, but if I wanted to go to one doctor to get arimidex and another to get aromasin, that should be my freedom. Pretty soon they will put a complete stop to a lot of things on the internet as well, its poorly regulated now, but that is only temporary, as long as you don't intend to do people harm, you deserve your privacy. Sorry, I just had to vent. I love this country but sometimes I get sick of how nosy they are.

Yo bro...if you check out the scammer forum these guys are listed. they have changed their name a few times. i knew that these were the guys you were talking about before you even mentioned them. they come up in every web search you do for gear. some people say that they have gotten gear from them, though...they are on the scammer list. so i guess you can call them selective scammers.

i've never used them so i'm not telling you from personal experiences but i just wanna let you know what i've read here on EF. so...i guess you can try at your own risk.

I agree in that I lean toward a more libertarian attitude as well. Where I struggle is how do you pay for the social costs of these things? For example, some people can use steriods very constructively and some have massive issues (i.e. roid rage, ER visits, sides that require medical services). Who pays for the guy who has spent $$$ per month on gear, totally trashed his system -- but didn't purchase health insurance?

It's like recreational drugs... I haven't done them in 15+ years, but when I did, I found that I made a great recreational cocaine user -- no issues at all... but who would pay for the people who couldn't stick to recreational use? If that person who can't (or won't) handle coke shows up in an emergency room with absolutely no means or intent to pay, what to do?

Oh... and we could make the same argument for cigarettes, alcohol and bad fats -- but i'm fine with charging / banning those things too :P

Thanks,
