Its on the DEA exempt list due to its form (ie pellets). I could run down the street to my co-op and buy it if I wanted. I would not sweat it at all, even of converted, there is no label on it so to ID it they would have to test it, then they would have to prove you were using it on humans and not animals. After all, fina is often used for horses as well. They cracked down pn that though, especially in the major races etc.
