Figured I'd post it up, as my legs aren't too operative right now..
Squats -- 135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 275x8, 315x6, 345x3 -- then 135x20 after a little break from the big set... that really stomped me out.
Zerchers -- 135x10, 185x10, 225x6
Stiffy Deads -- 135x10, 225x10, 275x8
1 set leg extensions with static hold at top -- I realized that was a bust as my legs were already shot.
4 sets calves -- standing, stack x 25 reps...
All in all... I can't walk.
