I've been hitting legs pretty hard over the last several weeks. I only do them once a week, but I get the most out of it.
I'm thinking of going easy tonight, not because of any injury or feeling weak, simply because I think it might be a good idea to give them a break.
Any thoughts on this? Suggestions for what to do?
FYI...normal leg night:
Squats
Hacks
Lunges
Curls
Exts
Stair Stepper (20 mins)
