Leg Night....any suggestions?

I've been hitting legs pretty hard over the last several weeks. I only do them once a week, but I get the most out of it.

I'm thinking of going easy tonight, not because of any injury or feeling weak, simply because I think it might be a good idea to give them a break.

Any thoughts on this? Suggestions for what to do?


FYI...normal leg night:

Squats
Hacks
Lunges
Curls
Exts
Stair Stepper (20 mins)

2 warm up sets leg press 15 - 20 reps....
3 work sets 15 reps
superset ext. and curls if they have a few different types try a new mach.
2 sets of 12 with one drop each set
standing smith mach. lunges 3 sets of 12-15 reps

this is usssually a light day for me...
 
light front squats 10-12 range
med wt rom. deadlifts 8-10reps
calf raises with a bb on your shoulders 15reps
 
yeah, stiffs are one of my favorites. i try to include them on every leg day. i hella burn in my hams and my glutes. sometimes i like to go heavy with them. but like gjohnson5 said, it doesn't take much weight.
