hey yall-

I was just wondering if any of yall have experienced muscle growth/strength gains as a result of doing squats and/or deads and if you could put a rough timeframe on the number of weeks for this translation to occur.

My experience usually starts the nite before im hitting quads or deads..I get ansy i cant sleep, in fact last nite i slept with my wrist straps on because i was so excited i was going to do deads today..icant function until i get under the bar or start pulling some heavy ass iron..in fact i almost cum in my pants when i get through that first set!! Anyway its something that you will need to do and theyre 2 moves that you should base your workouts around..3 main power lifts squats/deads/bench should always be a focus of your workouts..

Yes, I've experienced growth from both squats and deads... as I usually do from almost all of my exercises. It took less than one week to notice measurement changes in my legs when I first started training.
