Squats 5 x 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
165, 175, 185, 195, *225 (pr, previous best was 200)

SLDL 4 x 10, 8, 6, 4
135, 175, 225, 275

Leg Press 3 x 10, 8, 6
270, 360, 450

Ham Curl 2 x 10, 8
70, 90

Finish off with one set of 10, Ham Stretches w/ 45 lb plate
 
to get some real good size on the legs I woul recommend some sprinting and 20reps squats at the end of your workout, for some reason the really destroy my legs plus give some good size.

Solid routine, your ass heavy huh since you SLDL is very high in comparison to your squat
 
j-lo proportions buddy, j-lo proportions... lol. I ain't wearing size 30 slims thats for sure. Thanks for the suggestions, looks like i'm dropping morning cardio for morning sprints then. And annihilate my thighs w/ those squats, painful indeed. You're a masochist...
 
i'm workin on my j-lo booty too....

good solid workout and I don't see a problem with the volume but I would definately periodize the routine somewhat, in other words don't keep doing that workout over and over again. An escalating intensity descending volume training cycle is pretty typical, I would do this for all your core moves.
