Leg day and injections....

Do you guys evr inject in your leg on the same day you are training them?? Just realized tomorrow is leg day and also injection in right quad day..
Dont do it on same day?
Do it before workout or after??

I inject after training legs..... after I come home and shower. This seems to be the most painless. I used to inject them hit legs and would always end up sore and swollen for a few days.

I inject 3-4cc at one time though, if your only injecting 1 cc I don't really think it makes any difference.

That's what I would do.

Injecting 2.5cc

Stick when you get out of the shower after training, definetly the most painless.
