Left and right abs not the same size...

Can I know what I should do to have my 4 right abs bigger cause my 4 left abs are bigger than them...

For the moment I only do 2 sets of 60 before my training, 3 sets of 30 with the ab-roller, 1 set for the left side and 1 set for the right side with the ab-roller to.

What do you suggest?

Do you sleep in the same position on your side? Try lying on your back. Actually helped even my Pecs out lol.

Don't worry too much about this the human body is not perfectly symmetrical. Often one side is bigger than the other, or shaped differently. Just train evenly and stretch evenly.

Can you actually see your abs? Or are you guessing one side is bigger because there is more fat? Could just be a hormone thing if it is fat? If it is, just keep doin you cardio and dieting and eventually the fat will melt away and things will look even...

I store more fat on my lower right ab.... A LOT more... looks kind of funny... fuckin hormones...

Thx for all replies,

I think I'll continue to train and to be carefull to do a straight mouvement in all abs exercices.

And, DrBones, I do not think it's fat cause I can see my 8 abs very clearly. (Physicly I do not have fat, my weight is 153lbs and I'm only 5'8)

Daok,

*Sorry for the bad english, I do not write and talk often in english, I need some practice.

Your english is very good buddy!

If you dont have fat, its probably like the others had mentioned... just a genetic trait... keep hammering them and they may eventually even out

my right top ab is bigger than my left, just natural, problem is i cant see all my abs, bottom ones are covered in some fat
:(

I'd have to agree with this. I know I train evenly, and my right bicep is bigger than the left, my left tri bigger than my right, my right rear delt is much bigger (gotta be from playing hockey), and my right forearm is fawkin HUGE (don't know what that's from) :frackal:
