ANYONE SEEN THE NEWEST MUSCLEMAG ISSUE? WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO HIM? HE LOOKS LIKE SHIT!!

You say this like it is something new? I used to see Lee in the gym all the time. He always looks like shit. The only time he EVER looks good is when he is on stage for a show. As soon as the show is over he turns into blimp boy again. They guy looks like a cow walking around the gym.

but thats ok because when it comes contest time he is the motherfucker.....best arms in the business.

welcome to the world of proffesional bodybuilding, did you really think that pros stay in shape year round? just because they look good in the mags does not mean they look like that all the time, the truth is all big boyz look like lop of shit in the off season.

it's really hard for me to believe that he gets that big in the off season!

I have seen pic of him really really bloated but in that pic he is just plain old fat

Yeah, did you see his gut? I wonder how they get it down and suck it so fast, I mean I know they must take DNP but I'm pretty sure that there are alot of drugs out there that we dont know about.

IB

What amazes me the most is how these motherfuckes get so fat and dont show signs of loose skin or stretchmarks. I gain 20 pnds. and I end up looking like a Pakistani road map. WTF is up with that?, genetics, GH, IGF???

could you imagine being 275 at 5'4"

you're so right bro...hard to beleive at that height...jeez...how the f*ck can he even walk at that kind of weight.but you gotta give him credit for his outstanding peak condition when it comes time for a show...

That was then...

This is now. Here's a pic from the Ironman prejudging this morning:

yeah bro, just about every pbb looks terrible off season. They look like dough boys.

No they don't. I've trained for years with many of the top guys in the world. There is definitely the pig crowd that includes lee Priest. One day a year they look good. There are a lot of top guys (like Shawn Ray) who look good all year round. I've never seen Aaron Baker look bad. I've never seen Ronnie Coleman look bad.

But also... I've never seen anyone look as bad as Lee Priest does off season. It is scarry. We used to speculate at Gold's on when a guy we called "The Purple Guy" was going to die. (He was a top strong man competitor who took way too many wierd drugs.) After he died... the general speculation became when Lee Priest would bite the big one or get a stroke.

Dude I completely agree. He's a hard worker and comes from a family of competitors. His mother was awesome from what I heard. Just wonder what happened to his height lol. I guess he started too early :( I just wish we could know what he would look like at 5'10" :(

Your standards must be much higher than mine : )

This is coming from dennis james: Ronnie said that he DID lose, but only against himself. He didn't feel as if he was at the point he wanted to be.

I hope next time he looks fuckin' sick!!!! He didn't look as good though this time around, doesn't matter..he won anyway ;)

Bro...just about any pic I've ever seen of pbb off season, they bloat like a mother fucker. I didn't mean EVERY single one of them, but a lot of them do blow the fuck up...can't really help that though. Shawn Ray is Awesome I love that guy! I wish he will make it all the way to the top one day.

I feel bad for Lee :( lol I just hope he doesn't fucking injurhimself some day and couldn't train anymore, he'd be fucked!!! What do you think he'd have to do to lose all that mucle

I saw your post yesterday and then saw Lee Priest in a car racing magazine today, he looks like the Pillsbury doughboy. I know that he is 5’4” and he looks about 300#

That’s not a good look for me!

The off season is for one purpose only, to put on more mass!!! You can't put on more muscle without putting on some fat too. All of the great ones have said that. Who gives a fuck what someone looks like in the off season??? It's what they look like when they step on stage that matters!! This is a quote from Lee in an interview not too long ago:

"Some people call me a fat pig in the off season, but when I step on stage those same people are kissing my ass."

Point blank, he's ripped when he steps on stage, and that's all that matters.

I wonder how healthy he really is...I was just thinking. What if they put into a effect a limit of gear or type of gear you can use. Obviously no one gives two shits about these peeps well-being. Maybe with a limit we would see who really has the best genetics. Just a thought...

I remember reading one of his interviews where he explains that he is of normal height in his family. His mom is 5'3", his dad is 5'5",his sister is 5'2", and his grandfather is 5'4".

I met Lee and he is not even 5'4"...

Remember in High School when the coach would lie for you on the football roster? If you were 5'11" and weighed 170, you were really 6'1" 200lbs. That is teh way he is. He is barely 5'2".

Trust me

damn,., i always trip on these proBB stories.., if people HERE think they are crazy that really says something!

THERE IS NO WAY THAT ON A 5 FT FRAME HIS HEART CAN TAKE THAT DRASTIC WEIGHT CHANGE, NOT TO MENTION WHAT HIS BP AND CHOLESTEROL MUST BE. IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF GEAR HE USES TO GET BACK TO COMPETITION FORM. THIS GUY IS A WALKING TIME BOMB.

Wynn, who's the guy next to Priest in your pictuer? Is it Ahmad Haidar. Haidar has such a beautifully proportioned physique (and a handsome face to boot), I'm surprised he doesn't get more magazIne covers.

He was on the cover of MuscleMag a few issues ago.

This is without a doubt the worst off-season photo of Lee Priest ever published in a muscle magazine ...

I read an interview with Flex in MuscleMag, and he was going on about how pbb's feel like shit off-season - just because they are so heavy. You've got to wonder if pros like Lee actually feel healthy! Lee is the man though. Read an interview with Kim Chizesky just after she switched to fitness. She said the only time she felt good about herself was when she was on stage. The rest of the time she felt like a freak! She looks good now - not like a guy in a wig like she used to.

I hate it when people diss on Lee. The man is just a class act, humble and somewhat honest about his gear use. He is one of the best dieters in the game, and as someone said above, you have to eat to grow big. I think how fat Priest gets in the offseason is a testament to how well he dials in his dieting program.

Shawn and Flex stay pretty much the same year round. No way on Ronnie, as someone said above, he blows up like a balloon in the offseason.

I must agree with the above poster that being that large is not good for one's overall condition, esp. the heart. In an interview, Lee was asked what his favorite bodypart was. His answer? The heart.....now we know why, because it does more work for him than any other bodypart! :D
