Lecithin derived from the greek word(leci-thos) meaning egg yolk.It's a major source of choline, and encompasses a wide variety of substances: phosphatidylcholine,phosphatidylinositol,phosphotidylethanolamine,phosphatidylserine, and free fatty acids choline and inositol.
Choline is a major constituent of acetylcholine, which is a major neurotransmitter responsible for memory,focus and sexual libdo and vigilance.
Lecithin is also a lipotropic substance,which aids in the digestion of fats and can help promote fat loss, it can also lower high blood cholesterol levels.

As far as post-cycle, it may help by controlling body fat levels,providing motivation and focus during post-cycle training, and help with libido while Luetenizing hormone is normalizing and increase ejaculate while folicle stimulating hormone is normalizing.
I Personally use 5-10grams twice a day of the granular lecithin, in my protein shakes, and find it gives me energy and I bust huge loads.
