Leaving tomorrow morning
Its 6 am Cali time and i am leaving tomorrow morning. Im going to the gym to do my las chest workout and a little cardio and then its all done. Starting carb depletion tonight until tues when I then begin to dehydrate. Tues its 6 oz chicken and 4 oz sweet potatoe, same for Wed except little to no water and same for Thurs. Weigh in is on Thurs night and then its time for a steak and baked potato. fri morning its some pancakes and whole eggs and then sweet potatoe until prjudge Fri night.
