does anyone have links to how should i go about learning the snatch. Im unsure as to how i should be breaking the movement down and how i can improve flexibilty (an overhead squat is almost impossible for me at the moment).
2. flexibility: if it is almost impossible to do an OHS then it is still possible, so do them light every work out and you will get more and more flexible over the weeks

The new version of Dreschler's Weightlifting Encyclopedia is supposed to have a video with it. It's pretty cheap for one of the best books around and if you are interested in weightlifting it's an absolute must have. You could also try to locate a coach in your country. That is by far the best way to learn. Here's the British Weightlifting site: http://www.bwla.co.uk/ - it's an odd formatted site but I'm sure if you poke around you can find some info or a contact that can refer you to someone.
