leaning towards the dark side

allright bros, let me give a little on myself. i've been a gymrat for over ten years, always natural, i never miss a workout and i love the sport. i'm 32 now and have been at my natural max for a long, long, long fucking time, 200 lbs at 6' tall. i've been watching the boards for a while now and learning what i can. i think it's time to take it up a notch. my question is: how much of my gains can i expect to keep after a first cycle? can a guy make and keep good gains on what may be a relitively light cycle? how often would i need to juice to keep my shit tight, provided i did'nt catch the fever for monster fucking mass!!!! ( which could happen, i admit ). any input would be appreciated by this newbie. as far as what my first cycle might include...that is undecided...i'm not afraid of pins and i would like to be respectfull of my poor old liver ( i've beat it up enough already..lol.. ). like i said, this would by a first for me so i'd like to keep things simply and see how my body takes to it. again, thanx for any feedback given.

since you claim you've been a gymrat for 10 years i assume you know how to properly train and eat.

so with say, 500mg of sustanon every 5-7 days for 10 weeks you should pack at least 20 pounds of weight of which 15 will probably consist of lean muscle.

now, if you're over you genetic limit then that extra weight will slowly but surely dissapear and your body will revert back to your maximium limit. and if you dont plan on competing or are a pro athlete..........

NO POINT IN JUICING NOW BUDDY!

well thats another one of my questions. i know everone is gonna be a little different, but how long could i expect to go between cycles and keep a fair amount of muscle?

you're new to this forum and welcome aboard.

there are dozens of pages filled with knowledge from experts and pros. take a few days to read some posts. you'll enjoy it.

The dark side is fun, but addicting! Just remember not to rely on juice on getting you bigger. If I could start over I would start with something mild like anavar or primo then would my way up to test only.
I started with sust/deca my first time and gained like 30lbs, I think it would of been better to start with something weaker.

Do like 20-30 mgs of anavar for 6 weeks, followed by clomid and see how you react.

Finally....someone telling a newbie to do a mild cycle....let's hear more on this!!! Thanx V-shape! Anyone else have suggestions for similar cycles or thoughts on the 20-30mgs of anavar or experience with these mild cycles???

The advice received from this board is invaluable... don't get me wrong... but half the people say "don't juice until you have reached your genetic limit" and the other half say "if you are at your genetic limit and then you juice... you will go back to your genetic limit". With that being said... both are probably right to a degree, but come on.. which one is it.

I say... try your cycle see if you like it. If I were you though... I would stick to human grade gear, and get a script. No need to go to jail over some gear, or to end up with some health issues because you put something in your body that was A) dirty B) not what you thought it was C) fake.

I am new, I admit it... but that is my 2 cents...

I have not been on the board for a few months but I am surprise you were not FLAMMED royally for this post.

There is no right or wrong answer, as long as you follow the sequence of gear followed by Clomid or HCG therapy.

My preference would simply be test and a mild anabolic, eg Deca for 10 weeks then HCG for 3 weeks all accompanied with an anti-e (Liquidex) seems to work great for most of us.

In general at your age, less is more.
