Leaner Look

I need some advice. I'm am 5'9" 200lbs and have been training for 10+yrs. My previous cycle expreince has been test e, tren e, deca, eq. I have done a total of 3 whole cycles. My last being test e, tren e, & deca. I ended up gaining 20-25lbs. At the current time my diet is solid. Diet is not my problem. My problem is that no matter how much cardio I do I can't seem to get my bf lower than 10%...don't know why...I'v tried different methods and changed it up several times. Anyways..

eca and cardio and / or anavar, eq and low dose test to counteract eq shutdown.

Not really, 200mg/day is very conservative, and safe. Little to no side effects at this dose. Obviously the results might not be AS dramatic, but low-dose, longer-cycle is the safest bet on DNP.

Winstrol
Anavar
Masteron
Primo
ECA stack
Clen
Lots of good choices out there as long as your diet is great.
 
dnp would work faster then anything .. but dont touch it unless u know what the phawk u are doing , otherwise u gonna hurt yourself badly .2) safer but lower way cardio+ good diet and sum lipoflame , excellent choice no side effects

That was on less gear than 3 previous cycles. My diet and the trenbolone e is what made the difference. The Tren E really helped with the vascularity, but the diet is what made this cycle different than all others of my past.

Skin thickness plays a MAJOR factor in how lean you look. I had a close training bro that was a bit more of an endomorph with thick skin and it was impossible for him to get half as lean as me. I know of a topical thermogenic that helped thin his skin a bit (personally witnessed). I cannot post the product name here because they are no longer a sponsor and are on bad terms with EliteFitness. PM me if you want the name.

Genetics, genetics, genetics! Age is also a factor. As is how well you respond to gear. I'm a skinny ass, tall ecto, that responds well to high cals and trenbolone :).

My suggestion to you:

Test Prop, 100mg/eod, 1-10wks
Tren Acet, 100mg/eod, 1-10wks
Letrozole on hand for bloat/estrogen gyno. Tren keeps all the water off of me, but it may not you.

Throw in some T3/Clen, 2wks on, 2wks off for each. (you fatties need to chime in here 'cause I don't know the dosages and details :)) A damn strong calorie deficit as well.

Maybe some Masteron and Winny for the last 6 wks perhaps? It really depends how hard you wanna go. The likeliness of you getting leaner from taking test/trenbolone/masteron/winny is higher than if only taking test/trenbolone. Not everyone wants to go that heavy, though.

Its important that you be on a strong calorie deficit. You should be using the gear to help maintain the muscle you have while on a calorie deficit. Hoping to put on lots of quality muscle while losing lots of body fat, for most, is a bit optimistic. Not saying this is you, just speaking in general.

If u need a T3/Clen dose schedule this fatty will give it 2 ya!

I knew my nig 8and4 would chime in with the fatty help :heart:. The only fatty I know that can REALLY get shredded :).

Dosage on the masteron - 100mg/eod, or 50mg/ed, whichever you prefer. You can run it for 8-10wks if you prefer, but I would suggest 6.


p4d2 - actually that pic was taking 5 weeks post cycle. I was a bit less vascular than I had been and there was a light pump in that pic, but nothing like when working out hardcore.
 
damn, 5wks ltr?? looking great dude. cant wait to try tren out. how do u run nowadays? im going to start out at 75mg eod

Much thanks. I've lost a bit due to a back injury and being out of the gym, but everything is back as it should be and the balling is rolling gooooood now :).

Im running 100mg/eod for 10wks. I definantly start at 75mg/eod, as thats what I did. I ran 100mg/eod for my 2nd, 3rd, and 5th tren cycles (acetate). Cycle 4 was with tren e.

If you mean run as in cardio - NONE! I gotta keep from burning as many cals as possible. Though I'm begining to start running for my heart and cardiovascular health.
