Lean Solid Mass??

Hey bros I am currently trying to drop body fat down to around 12 or 10% from around 14 for the summer. I eat small meals throughout the day and they consist of protein shakes(low carbs), chicken tenders, and lean burgers. Sometimes veggies included or fruits. Anyway, I am looking to lean out BUT keep my solid look or get more toned. I know it has a LOT to do with diet and cardio BUT, what should I do weight-wise? More reps less weight? Less reps, more weight? 4 to 5 sets 5 to 7 reps and then one burnout set? Please help, thanks for anyone who responds!

There are other threads on here asking about this and the most common response is to keep lifting the same as you were when bulking just change the diet and add cardio.

Really strong second on the above. Change up the supplements from mass type to fat burners and low carb stuff.

If possible keep intensity (% of max lifted) same or similiar, but back off volume if needed. Work capacity will likely be lower if you are on restricted diet, esp if you cut carbs.
