i want to put on a good 10-15 lbs of muscle, and lose some fat. im not trying to put on alot of weight b/c i dont to get slowing. im going to be training in the gym alot and speed trainging. what would you recoomend for what im looking for?

around 10% bf i think
1st cycle was decandrol and test but test was fake, so i only gained 9 lbs, but i think it was from training again, and didnt get stronger
