Currently: 5"9 173lbs 10%bf

would like to gain a few lbs. of muscle but cut bf down to 5%

Diet is very much in check, im looking to cut body fat down to 5 or 6 percent over the next couple of months. Im eating very clean working out 5-6 times a week both weight training and cardio.

Going to buy supplements in the next couple of days and looking for some advice please. Here is what I had in mind:

Creatine Ethyl Ester
Arginine
Glutamine
Fish Oils
ZMA
Carnitine
Beta Alanine

Also considering a good fatburner to help

Any suggestions on my list, things I should add or take off would be greatly appreciated
